Shipping policy

We aim to get your jewellery to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please note: During busy periods or promotional launches, processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.

Delivery Options

We currently ship within the UK using Royal Mail. Once your order has been processed, delivery is as follows:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Standard Shipping)Next working day after dispatch

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery (Optional Upgrade)Guaranteed next day by 1pm, includes tracking and insurance

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Click & Collect / Studio Pickup

If you've selected local pickup, you'll receive a notification as soon as your order is ready — usually within 24–48 hours. Pickup is available from our studio in Poulton-le-Fylde, Lancashire (FY6 8NP).

Delivery Delays

We rely on Royal Mail for prompt delivery, but delays may occasionally occur due to weather, strikes, or high-volume periods. If your item hasn’t arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please get in touch at info@weldjewellery.com and we’ll look into it right away.
